I use Memrise because you actually hear the pronunciations of the words and phrases instead of the text to speech sites like Duolingo use as well as the teaching of the casual words/variants as well as formal.
Technically an app but flashcards are always handy for if you don't quite want to do the full lessons or just need to be quizzed on a kanji or word you're stuck on.
